ATS Mega (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the ATS Mega recruiting platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name and email address.
Data you enter into the Service, including candidate profiles, resumes, job orders, company records, contact information, interview notes, placement details, assessment responses, and pipeline activity (“Customer Data”). You own your Customer Data; we process it solely to provide the Service.
We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and API request logs. This data helps us maintain security, diagnose issues, and improve the Service.
If you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Twilio, etc.), we store OAuth tokens and provider account identifiers necessary to maintain those connections. We access only the scopes you explicitly authorize.
Certain features use third-party AI services (such as Anthropic’s Claude) to process text content, including resumes, candidate summaries, and chat conversations. Data sent to AI providers is used solely for generating responses and is not used to train their models. We do not send your data to AI providers unless you actively use an AI-powered feature.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS), passwords hashed with Argon2id, CSRF protection on all mutations, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, multi-tenant data isolation enforced at the database query layer, and audit logging of sensitive operations. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., audit logs, fraud prevention).

We use a single essential session cookie (ats_session) to authenticate your login. This is strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
Our servers are located in North America. If you access the Service from outside this region, your data may be transferred to and processed in a jurisdiction with different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
